Terms of service

Public terms written for the actual product path.

These terms cover how people really encounter Planerix today: the public site, demo access, free signup, paid rollout, integrations, AI assistance, and enterprise activation when a wider contour is needed.

Quick reading guide

Demo access and self-serve signup are covered
Paid upgrades and enterprise agreements may add commercial detail
AI output is assistive and requires human review

1. Scope

These terms govern access to the public Planerix website, the live demo workspace, self-serve signup, contact and consultation channels, and the paid Planerix product made available through the applicable Planerix domains.

If your organization signs a separate order form, enterprise agreement, or statement of work, that document controls where it conflicts with these public terms.

2. Accounts, demos, and organizations

You may browse the website, request a demo, or create a workspace account. When you create or join an organization workspace, you are responsible for using the service within the authority granted by your organization.

You must keep credentials secure, maintain accurate account information, and remove access for users who should no longer use the workspace.

3. Service plans and rollout stages

  • Free / starter access is intended for first value and initial operating workflows
  • Paid plans may unlock broader limits, connectors, approvals, finance and attribution surfaces, and richer support
  • Enterprise activation may include custom infrastructure, deeper governance, or contract-specific rollout terms

4. Customer data, integrations, and AI

You retain ownership of your data. Planerix may host, process, transform, display, and route that data as necessary to provide the service.

AI output is assistive and should be reviewed by the responsible user before it is relied upon for financial, legal, staffing, customer, or operational decisions.

You must hold the necessary rights to connect third-party systems and to share data from those systems with Planerix.

5. Acceptable use

  • do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or another customer workspace
  • do not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious content
  • do not use the service to exfiltrate data, evade plan controls, or disrupt other users
  • do not rely on AI output as a substitute for professional legal, tax, or regulatory advice

6. Availability and changes

Planerix aims to operate the service on a commercially reasonable basis, but maintenance, infrastructure events, third-party outages, rollout changes, and security actions may affect availability or feature access.

We may update the service, pricing, connectors, or plan limits as the product evolves.

7. Liability and governing law

Except where prohibited by law or expressly stated in a negotiated agreement, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Poland unless a mandatory law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise.

Need the deeper trust pack?

Public terms are intentionally shorter than a full enterprise packet. If your review needs deployment posture, security detail, or processing discussions, use the trust routes below.
